Despite amazing technological advances in golf training aids, and gadgets to help a golfer's game, many are not seeing improvements.   Without discounting the importance of golf-specific skill practice, if improvements in structural integrity are not made, the game so many love will not be tolerable over their lifetime.

GolfSwing

If a chain is known to be only as strong as it's weakest link, than a golfer's weak link is his or her lower back.   The forces produced on the spine as a result of the golf swing are not tolerated well, and if a force imposed on a muscle or joint system exceeds the breaking strength of that system, injury occurs.   Which leaves golfers two choices: decrease the force the system is exposed to, or strengthen the system.   MedX technology is required to optimally do the latter, specifically the MedX Core Lumbar Extension and Core Torso Rotation machines.
